How many cameras do you use?
We use a multi-camera setup. The number of cameras depends on the size of the room, the number of sessions, and the deliverables. We confirm the setup in your proposal.
Can you cover a multi-day conference?
Yes. We cover multi-day conferences and summits. We plan each day with you and confirm the team and equipment for the full event.
How fast will we receive the highlight reel?
Standard turnaround is 3 business days for final edited photos and videos. Full-length edits of long events take longer, and we confirm the timeline in your proposal. Faster delivery can be requested.
Do you do the photography and the video together?
Yes. The same team films and photographs your event, so the photos and videos match in style and timing.
How many revisions are included?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in every package. Additional changes are billed at an hourly rate.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes, we cover the full GTA and beyond. A travel fee may apply depending on distance, and it will be included in your quote upfront.
